Your technician was really great and worked hard, moved furniture I couldn't move, was cheerful and friendly. The rugs look wonderful. Contact with me confirming the appointment multiple times before the scheduled day was very reassuring; and when he was going to arrive late in my window, the technician contacted me by phone to give me a heads up.
What I did not like was that I had a 2-5 window and due to his being scheduled in San Francisco before (RUSH HOUR!) and probably being scheduled with a lot of customers, the technician was unable to arrive until 4:30 and did not finish until perhaps 6:00. I think there may be room for systemic improvement here.
Still I gave you a highest rating. I just want you to know

Great job of cleaning the carpet

I was able to make an appointment for the next, didn’t have wait. Technician Juan was very friendly, helpful and professional. Juan was able to remove multiple stains that another company said; they weren’t able to remove. I will use Zerorez from now on.

Clean and fragrance free
The main and most important thing I like about Zerorez is that which I learned from a radio ad so many years ago. There is no detergent used, therefore no sticky residue which remains after the fact.
Also impressive is just how powerful this solution (the alkaline water) can be, carpets often end up looking so very close to new, upon completion of work.
The price always seems very good. Full disclosure, I tend not even to comparison shop, because I'm so hooked on your cleaning methods.
Technicians, for the most part, are professional, and respectful, and good at explaining everything, even thought they surely do that countless times over the days and years.
And truth: Occasionally, (not all the time!) the phone reps can sound a bit like they're in a hurry. My recent exchange with Vera was very good, she gave me her full attention, and took all the time needed to get my booking squared away.
I'm glad you're still in business, and will definitely continue to use, and recommend, your services!
