I was able to get an appointment quickly, to remove some grease that had suddenly appeared in various spots in my carpet. The technician was personable and hard-working, and the carpeting looked much better when he finished, with the grease stains gone.

The process was very straight forward, smooth, efficient and dried quickly.

Everything! Johnny called about 20 minutes before arrival, did a great job with my carpet ( living, dining, and two bedrooms)), and left with one very satisfied customer. I have used Zerorez for many years and have always been impressed by their service. Keep up the good work!

Very thorough, paying special attention to stains and spots. Feel good that no strong chemicals are used as I am sensitive and have allergies. Carpet dries quickly and feels soft & fluffy.
