Enjoyed the lack of chemical and stiff carpet aroma and stiff carpet upon drying. Did not do as much to restore carpet fiber as advertised, but then, none of the carpet cleaners can restore fiber worn carpet from heavy traffic despite the claims.

I am very impressed with the fishnet service provided before the actual visit. There were several email and voicemail reminders. The technician, Juan Santiago, was timely, courteous, and professional. There were a few ‘problem areas’ that previous cleanings had not fully resolved. However, Juan did an AMAZING job. The carpet looks like new and I will request him for any future bookings!
