the technician is very good in his service. However, he refused to do a small area as a test case before we proceeded. In the email, it said the customers could request it. The communication between the head office and the technician onsite need to be strengthened.

My carpets are so clean now, as well as one of my couches which was cleaned. The carpets are very old and haven’t been professionally cleaned in about 4 years. I was afraid we might have to get new carpets. Now they look like new. I also had our carpets treated to protect the fibers which I was told would protect them for about 10 years. It prevents dirt and liquids from penetrating into the fibers. It is a bit expensive to have all this done but in the long run it will prolong the life of our carpets, keeping them looking fresh and clean and saving us a great deal of money. Shane, the man who cleaned the carpet was fast, friendly and efficient. He toured the house with me before he started, and explained everything that he would be doing. I like that they gave me the Invoice before starting the job so there were no surprises. And when Shane asked me if I wanted the protectant and to have the couch cleaned, there was no pressure, just presenting the information. These things were important to me and I agreed to them. I would recommend ZeroRez to anyone who wants quality carpet cleaning.
