My entire experience was great from beginning to end. I scheduled online so didn’t get the best deal available until my Zerorez carpet (I think his name was Xandy) cleaning person arrived! He was the most informative, genuine, honest, and pleasant representative I have ever dealt with. He got me a better deal after he arrived and he was personable and connected with me. Carlton my service tech inspected, listened to my inquiries, answered questions, gave me his recommendations to keep my carpets in the livingroom, bedrooms and stairs looking clean longer and prevent kitty stains. He was on time and worked diligently to remove a coffee stain that I didn't treat properly years ago. Unfortunately it is returning alto not his fault. Overall my beige carpet is beige again ! Their next project is the bonus room carpet n sectional sofa.

The bio treatment for pet stairs was a big plus. I liked being able to use the promo (3 rooms plus a free hallway) and being able to add on to that (I added stairs). Also the pet treatment was free in the already free hallway which was really nice. The service person was really nice, professional and knowledgeable about carpet cleaning. The carpets looks really good and I feel they are as clean as they were when we moved in.

We just had our carpets, rugs, and tile done, and they look fabulous, especially the tile. We had used another company previously for our tile, and it just looked as though they did a mop job (eg, something we could have done ourselves). Our tile changed colors(!) when Zerozez did it, and in one bathroom the tile looks better than when we moved in several years ago. Ryan, the technician, was prompt and friendly and efficient - we'd happily have Zerozez back.
