Our service technician, Daniel, was fantastic. He was able to add services to get our area rugs cleaned and take them without a prior reservation in addition to cleaning our entire house carpets. He was thorough and explained everything in detail. The results were wonderful. We are very pleased with the service provided and would highly recommend.
