The man who cleaned our carpets was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Of course, we had a lot questions because we are expecting our first child and have never had the carpets cleaned since we moved in 3 years ago. I am also in that phase where certain smells are unbearable and this didn't bother me. I like that the products are natural as well. I would highly recommend them!
