Outstanding service!!! Very knowledgeable!!! Hardworking!!! We chose Zerorez because my wife has asthma and my daughter is allergic to cats. Our service technician cleaned the carpets as if it was his own house. He explained and executed everything he said he was going to do. He removed the cat urine and made our carpet and environment fresh. I have never seen anyone work so hard to meet our needs. He gave us tips on how keep floors clean. It was an honor and a pleasure to receive such awesome service. Zerorez thanks for having such an awesome person taking care of our needs. Over and beyond what we could think or ask.

I am absolutely pleased with the job Zerorez did in cleaning my vents. First, the men arrived early and were professional and thorough as they worked swiftly to complete their task. I hadn't had my ducts cleaned in way too long and have had pets over the years and their shed fur together with accumulated pollen is now gone, and at a reasonable price. Win, win, all the way around. ...and I can breathe again!

Quick drying

Carpet is really clean after the service and the specialist was very friendly and communicated well the process. He took the time to explain before the cleaning started what would the process be and, then at the end, he explained the follow process for proper drying.

The technician who performed the services for us was very professional and courteous. He took his time doing a good job. He was very knowledgeable about the products and the company. We will definitely use zero rez again in the future as we have previously.
