We recently had a major remodel in my home and there was a continuous amount of dust in the air ducts. We had the team at Zerorez come out and provide top-notch service for the air duct system. The team did amazing from the moment they arrived, the setup and attention to detail were on point with provided before and after pictures and making sure my home was protected from any damage. Awesome results and would highly recommend service to all.

I appreciate that you don't use soap or sticky or stinky cleaners. My rugs feel clean and fresh without any residue. It makes me laugh that one of your competitors has a TV commercial with a snide reference to what it calls your "magic water." I can't say it's magic; whatever it is, it cleans beautifully and leaves nothing behind.

I also was so impressed with your customer service on my recent rug cleaning. Jason and Ferrell in Atlanta picked up and brought back my rugs. These guys could teach a class: they did every single thing right, and went well beyond the expected to make me a super happy customer.

Not only did I like the quality but I absolutely loved the service. It was over and beyond. I was able to get a same day service which was amazing because my dog made an accident on my rug and the tech came, gave me a quote and picked up the rug with a few hours of me calling.

The gentleman that cleaned my carpet was very knowledgeable of his job. He did a spectacular cleaning and provided a great education of how to maintain my carpet. I had spilled red wine in my light colored carpet and attempted to clean it myself. I was unsure it could be cleaned. Well, I can no longer see any stains.
