Services were performed efficiently and within the time frame stated. No additional charges or fees, charged exactly quoted amount. I appreciated the technicians advising me of an issue with the HVAC that they noticed. Had 2 separate services done, each one done on separate days. On the first service, remove air purifier installed by your company and install at new address, received several texts and phone call advising when technicians would arrive. Appreciated it. The next day I had duct cleaning service and I was not notified when to expect technicians at all. In fact, I called to be sure I still was scheduled for air duct cleaning when I didn't get a text. Overall very happy with the services performed
My carpets turned out great!!! Smelled nice. The customer service was on point. Only issue is when emptying the hoses. Something killed a patch of my front yard. Not real happy about that.

The young men, Jason & Farrell, who picked up my carpets were polite, friendly, professional & helpful. They came when I expected them and they also called to let me know they were on the way.
The carpet cleaners were wonderful, and called me when there were issues, to let me know the care they were taking to best clean my carpets.
The young men who delivered my clean carpets, Jason & Farrell, were quick and efficient and arrived just when they were expected, and called me to let me know when they were on the way. They then laid my carpets out exactly where i wanted them. Again, they were professional, friendly and helpful.
My freshly cleaned carpets look wonderful! This was my first experience with ZeroRez & I am now a satisfied customer, so all of my room sized rugs will be cleaned by them, and I'm thinking about having them come and clean my tile kitchen & laundry room floors, too!

I was disappointed that I was charged $200 more than the quote I got on line. The serviceman was able to reduce it to $100 over quote. It feels like false advertising.
I was pleased with 90% of the finished product. There were stains in one room he was unable to resolve. My Woolite spot cleaner took care of those areas. I would recommend Zerorez but I would warn friends about the up charge.
It’s a great process that cleans our carpet using minimal water and zero harsh smelly chemicals. Another bonus is the carpet dries quicker than other methods and because they use natural formulas your carpet doesn’t attract dirty particles.
