The technician that came to my house and cleaned my carpet was very professional and knowledgeable. The technician cared about his quality of work, so he asked if I was satisfied and if there were any spots that I felt like he needed to go over again! The carpet dried very quickly without having residue in the carpet! I would recommend Zerorez to any client that needs their caret cleaned.
