Overall I was pleased with the work done and will definitely use your services. I was not happy with the technician. He did not have shoe coverings on and got dirt on my floors from walking outside. His note card that he emailed said he was wearing them and he was not. He did not know how to calculate the estimate cost - didn't know how to calculate square footage so I had to do that for him. He left without saying a single word. I was trying to get the payment to go thru while he was putting his equipment up and when I went back to see if anything else was needed, he was in his truck driving off. Seems to be a training issue in customer services. He did a good job on the work, just not a people person.
