Prompt, thorough, nice, and manner-able. Wore masks when I asked if they had them. Did what was promised. Took before and after pics so I could see what was done regarding cleaning the ducts. Appreciated that they laid cloths before bringing their tubing in my house.

When I called to schedule appt everyone was courteous even rescheduled to my satisfaction. Technition was on time courteous and did a great job in a timely manner. Did the Dave Baker special from wsb radio in Atlanta. 3 room special a wonderful deal. I'm on oxygen having a hard time breathing and carpet is so clean and fresh all spots are gone. My technician was very nice and did a wonderful job! I was really pleased that he was able to come back within a few days to remove some stains that had wicked back up through the carpet overnight. I also really like that Zerorez uses mostly water to clean the carpets, so I don't have to worry about residue or anything that might be bad for my pets.
