Jasin Tugwell did a wonderful job cleaning the carpet in three bedrooms, a huge master bedroom closet, and the runner on our stairs. He, obviously, takes pride in his work and went over and beyond to make this carpeting look new! We have never been as impressed. What a wonderful representative for Zerorez! We are planning to have a couple of sofas cleaned, and we only want Jasin to perform the work!

Responsive and quality work.
It was easy to set up an appointment. The technicians were friendly, experienced, careful inside my house, and did a fine job of cleaning my air conditioning ductwork. However, it would have been nice to know before they came that they will not clean dryer ducting if it is either flexible plastic or foil type as it is too easily damaged in the cleaning process. I have flexible foil type and they would not touch it. My only option is to replace it rather than clean it. Not a big deal, but that should have been explained when I made the appointment over the phone.
