Technician was informative, polite and helpful. The service was better than any other carpet cleaning company I have used hands down!! Stains I did not expect to come up did, it made a high traffic area look much better and there was a delightful scent after cleaning whereas there used to be a smell that was like a wet dog after a carpet cleaning. He even left me with some water spray cleaner to help me stay on top of spots as an overwhelmed single Mom of 2 kids under 11 with 3 pets too! I could not have been more pleased with the service and the way I was treated with superb customer service!
