She complimented on how the technicians were very courteous, polite and very informative, we feel they did great cleaning and removing stains that they could on 15 year old carpet.
We have never used your company before, always knew I would if we moved to a house with carpet, living in AZ hearing the commercials and your description of how you use impowered water, that doesn't leave the carpet stiff and crunchy.
