Very good communication back and forth. The service tech was competent and did a great job at removing the old stains in my carpet as well as clean an old area rug.
On the other hand, maybe I made a mistake in how I described my situation. While I am technically a business, the business is located in my home and does not receive the heavy traffic associated with a public facing company. They assigned me to the commercial division which has a minimum fee of over $300 to come out.
I'm sure I would have gotten similar results if the residential division had come out and I probably would have saved about $200 in the process.
