I was extremely pleased with Zerorez Atlanta from the pick up and delivery crew, Jason Lewis and Farrell Snow who were very careful with my 10 x 14 area carpet and moved any furniture to enable their work, to Julianne Boyd who was very reassuring to my nervous questions and sent photos of my carpet at their facility. My returned carpet looks amazing! It looks beautiful and smells so fresh and clean. Jason and Farrell laid out my new felt rug pad and trimmed it to fit under my carpet and laid out my carpet and replaced my furniture cheerfully and always inquired if I was satisfied and if they could do anything else to make it better.
I couldn't be happier to have used this business and I am completely satisified.
