got a call about a 1/2 hour before the service was going to be done which was nice the young man who showed up at my door was professional polite and ready to get started. he introduced himself and came inside and looked at the rooms and the hallway and we discussed the carpet. he listened to what i had to say and made a couple of recommendations. he got to work and did a great job. he was respectful of my furniture and took great care to make sure the job was done right. when he finished he explained to me what needed to be done next and we talked about other services the company offers.he was very professional kind and neat. would like to again wish him a Happy Birthday. we both have birthday in Feb
