I like that the products and “clean” and don’t introduce chemicals into our home. I like the professionalism of the technicians. I have found all of them to be knowledgeable and polite.
I love how easy it is to make appointments and reschedule them. Customer service is great. So far I’ve had no experiences of being left holding and listening to elevator music, and the ability to schedule online is great.
