However, your company has some serious management problems. (The calculator you provide/require adds several square feet at $4/sq feet. (A 5’6”” round rug is NOT 36 sq feet. — it is 23.75 sq feet. Refund for 8 sq ft @ $4 per sq ft = $36 would be appreciated.)
And just now, within minutes of the delivery of my last two rugs, which were left out of the original delivery, I receive an email from you letting me know at my rugs are are scheduled to be cleaned!!

It is very easy to schedule a cleaning session. Zerorez is also good about reminders and calling ahead of the technician's arrival. We have off-white carpet in our bedrooms and it looks wonderful after Zerorez cleans it. Ali and DJ were our most recent technicians and they did a great job and were very careful not to leave sitting water on our hardwood floors when going from one carpeted room to another. They were very professional as well as kind and personable. We will definitely request them the next time!
