I have heard and seen the demonstrations on the News several times and thought, "Yeah, right - it's probably like all the other companies. They will come out, vacuum and clean the area, spray some deodorizer and the stains will be back as soon as the carpet dries. WOW! Was I in for a pleasant surprise! The stains were gone, the room smelt better. The stains were GONE, and they have not returned and the carpet is dry!

Loved everything! Our technician was very kind and extremely personable. He was able to recommend an additional treatment that added additional protection for our new carpets. The carpets looked amazing once finished and did not have a heavy perfume smell. We will only use Zerorez!

Wonderful company and superb service. Made the appointment and Darius, my technician arrived right on schedule. He worked efficiently and wasted no time. A great personality and very professional. Answered all of my questions and explained the process and services available.
Called the next morning to get advice on drying the carpet faster. One of the managers, Andrew, responded promptly and came to my house to evaluate. I was using space heaters and found out this would delay the drying time as the best drying temperature was between 62-73 degrees. Andrew set up special fans, which he placed to better optimize the drying process. They worked very well. Problem solved.
Every process from beginning to end was smooth and completed perfectly, My carpet looks like new!! I recommend Zerorez 100%. Thank you Darius and Andrew.
