Edley did a fantastic job - he communicated clearly and was focused on the task at hand while effectively keeping the homeowner (me) at ease by being friendly and easy to talk to. The job was done perfectly; there was a particularly tough set of tall stairs that was cleaned to almost new. Also a couple of coffee/wine stains that we worked extra hard one and got out. He clearly communicated about what was possible and what wasn't, and how to deal with specific things like oxidization around the edges of the carpet. Ed should be running the place!

Technicians were very thorough in their service.

I use them to clean the carpet in my rental property. Their process does what they claim it will do. The carpet is clean and stains do not come back. I wouldn’t use anyone else for carpet cleaning. I hear advertisements claiming that Zerorez uses chemicals to clean. I’ve watched them and this is not the case. My carpets are perfectly cleaned using only their patented water.
