Amazing job, my carpet feels great! The technicians respected my home, ensured I understood the cleaning process and worked efficiently.

Very pleased with our service - the carpet, sofa and recliner look clean, revitalized and new. Our technician Javaris worked hard and was courteous. He explained the benefit of the stain guard/protectant for the chemical and demonstrated it for us, so we decided to add that on. He also made sure none of our cats bolted out of the house while he was working.

Quality of work is Professional and timely !

We received a call when the technician was 30 minutes out and he was right on time. Phillip, our technician, was very polite, took the time to explain the process, and the exact cost. I was especially impressed with Tarrance.

The two guys who came were very professional and knowledgeable. They explained possible incremental services without pushing me to buy them (which I did anyway, because their logic was good!) They did the job in a timely fashion, moved light furniture out of the way, educated us on how best to get the carpets dried and left promptly. Oh, and they did a good job, too!

Megan was my zerorez technician. She arrived timely and promptly, was professional, very intelligent about the cleaning process and very detailed.
She was friendly and kind as well. She is a true asset to the zerorez company and my carpet looked amazing when she was completed .
