Quick, on time, pro advice. The guy that came out was knowledgeable and honest. Let me know upfront what he could and could not accomplish in the cleaning. He did a great job on my carpets and although there was some staining he could not get up….he let me know that upfront. And his advice was door on…or should I say, spot off! 😜
