I was very pleased with the results of our carpet cleaning. Richard, the technician, was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.

I really like the non-toxic product used. I also think the carpets seem the cleanest and stay cleaner longer than traditional chemical carpet cleaning processes. Even though you are using a clearly superior product and process, I would hope that price discounts could be made available to loyal customers who use you at least once a year or more. Your price can be hard to justify until the carpet is sooo dirty that I can't stand it anymore. I would prefer to clean more often, at a lower cost.

My carpet looked like new with the exception of a few pet stains that were not able to be removed. However Greg, my associate did explain to me that he might not be able to get all of the pet stains out I really appreciate him being upfront. I was very pleased with the customer service and also the carpet cleanig service that I received.

Mark Cribb, our Zerorez technician, is a master at carpet and upholstery cleaning. We own an off-white ottoman that had been stained for over twenty years despite our attempts to remove the stain. Mark said if he couldn't remove the stain, he wouldn't charge me. 30 minutes later, it was spotless. When he cleans my carpets, I feel like I have just bought new carpeting. Exceptional service.

At the end of the process, the carpet looked terrific (like new!). The tech was knowledgeable and initially looked over the carpet to determine the best options for optimum cleaning.

Our technition was very good and pleasant to work with. We originally had him clean the carpet at my mother's property and were so pleased that we requested him for our own home.

My carpet looks great! Some of the other carpet cleaner companies clean our carpet however, when it's dry it doesn't look as good but Zeroez still looks great after the dry! I will def. be using you guys again :)

I was very pleased with the cleaning of my 50 year old oriental rugs. The rugs look beautiful. The tree branch raised pattern stands out and the pile is now thick. The color has improved to what I believe is the original color. The two servicmen were wonderful.
