Customer service is superior! I had a slight issue after a cleaning with some stains that came back. Once I made Zerorez aware of the problem, I immediately received a call from Rich who is the Customer Service Manager in my area who was extrmely polite and listened to my concerns. Rich proceeded to let me know that they valued me as a customer and that customer service was their top priority. Rich quickly scheduled the tehnician to come back to my home to redo the troubled areas and it looks fantastic. Kudos to the team!

The service techs were very professional and courteous. Our carpet is almost 8 yrs old and had several stains throughout the house. I didnt expect everything to come out but most of it did and the carpet looks great. Its been a little over 2 weeks and the carpet still looks great. Previuos cleaning from other companies seemed to last a couple of days and you could see the stains coming back. I will definately have you guys back out to clean the other rooms in the house asap and I highly recommend your company.
