I really loved how knowledgeable and enthusiastic Dylan was about getting my carpets cleaned. Coming into a house that had multiple pets prior, I was less then optimistic about the outcome but he proved me wrong and blew me away. I would've been happy w. a 50% improvement but he had everything looking brand new.

Only thing I'm not sure about is pricing because I did not shop around this time; so maybe I could have saved a little money with someone else, but ok that I did not because of the positives listed above.
