My overall experience with your company was outstanding. From the scheduling of the appointment to the guys who came and did the actually cleaning, your people are/were fantastic. I had originally scheduled an appointment a couple of weeks before but I had a car accident. When I called to cancel my appointment, the woman I spoke with was so sincere and genuine. The men who came out listened intently to my concerns, explained the process thoroughly, let me know the expected results and promised to meet my cleaning needs. They were polite, conscientious, kind, and awesome during the whole process. I will definitely use Zerorez again.

I love to watch my carpet turn several shades lighter and brighter as the technician draws the cleaning head across it. I am 100% pleased and happy to have service from Danny, who is extra special and helpful.
