It's the best product out there! Takes out stains when other carpet cleaners couldn't. Everyone is so friendly and personable. Zerorez is the only carpet cleaner I'll use.

I liked the commericals that Taylor does about Zeorez on 104.7 theFish. That is why I called. Dustin did a great job and got the candle wax out. I do wish that they could move some of the small furniture. That would have saved a lot of work for me.

Products are great! Technician Mark talks a bit much and lost focus on purpose if visit. Too much initial personal chatter. Once he got started did a superb job, but he needs to keep it professional...we're not his friends but clients.

I like how the cleaning products makes the house spell pleasant and it does not leave alot of water down. The rugs are dry within hours in the same day.
