Product and service were both excellent. Richard was very professional and respectful of our concerns. He took his time to understand what we wanted and to make sure he explained the process, etc

We are so happy with the way our carpets turned out! We didn't think there was much hope left for our high traffic areas, especially our stairs, but they look great now thanks to zerorez! Richard was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. A great experience for us!

everything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The products work and you provide excellent customer service.

My carpet was actually fluffy for the first time in so long! Zerorez removed spots that I thought would never come out because we had tried so many other options and our carpet was still dirty. We thought we would have to replace our carpet soon but after Zerorez, we could let this carpet live a little longer.

I was a very satisfied customer with the professionalism and carpet service I had done in my home. Thank you very much.

Lee Hamilton & Jeremy were excellent to work with during my carpet cleaning process last week. Lee explained everything as they were setting up, and Jeremy did the work! Both were super-professional, calm, and experienced at their jobs, which made my life easier and more manageable last week!

professionalism of staff - both on phone and in person

The carpet always looks great and the service technicians are always the best!

The technician was knowledgable and friendly. Not all of the urine stains came out, many did and those that remained were lightened. We both forgot about he bottle of cleaner that he was going to give to me.

Zererez teck Mark was on time, very nice and did a great job! I had stains on carpet in the kid's rome that I had tryed to clean myself and had no luck. Mark leaned it in no time. I wouls recommend Zerorez to any one. Thanks!

My carpets are cleaner than they have been in years. I have used other carpet cleaning services, but my carpets have never been this clean before. Zerorez is a fantastic product.

However the real proof will be not seeing any old stains re appear in a few weeks. My carpets were just cleaned on 9/1/12. Check back with me in a few weeks. For now the floors are clean.

Carpet looks great! Technician was knowlegeable and pleasant!

Professional standard practices among the technicians. Feel of the carpet once eclean

The guy Dillon who cleaned our carpet was very nice, and did a great job. It did end up costing about $150.00 more than they said it would, due to the spot cleaning they had to do. The carpets did look almost brand new and I never thought they would. Well worth the price!

Very pleasant experience with technician. Great outcome on carpets and tile.

The price was reasonable (and competitive). The service technician was very friendly and professional - he suggested additional services, but was not pushy at all. I was surprised with how fast the cleaning was completed, and our carpets ended up looking better than what I expected.

Nice service people carpets very clean. Little smell left over better than other services.

Fast. On time. No chemical smells

It was a great job, service was professional, technician arrived on time and was courteous, and work was done quickly an thoroughly.

Your technican was very polite and did a good job. I would recommend him.
The next day, after the carpet dried, we did notice some spots. I don't know if they would have ever come out. This is in no way
to reflect against the technican. Our carpet was soiled and we had a lot to clean.

Thank you.

Service man was thorough and paid attention to detail

I love the fact y'all don't use soap and just how great the carpets looks even weeks after they have been cleaned we are a three peet customer!!!
