How thorough the cleaning was. How professional and punctual the rep was. How he educated us on carpet cleaning, didn't just simply do his job. We want to know how to take care of our house, and people that will take the time to educate are rare. Though the rates weren't exceptional, they were comparable with what was already out there, so we didn't feel we were paying an exorbitant price! Thank you for an exceptional product!
Dried quick. The carpet had no smell and all of the stains seemed to be removed. It's only been 2 days, so I'm not sure how the carpet will respond a few days later. I was really impressed with the service.
