As you know, I was not happy with my service. However, Zerorez came back out, and recleaned the carpet at no charge. That is good customer service. This is my second experience with Zerorez and I will call again.

Workers were friendly and informative. Asked about cleaning the air ducts. worker asked when they were cleaned last and asked to check them. He said they did not need cleaning but suggested checking the air filter. The filter that was in the unit was the temporary filter put in by the builder. He suggested putting in a new filter. He took the measurements and ordered the filter and brought it back and installed it. It is a lifetime filter.

My carpet is 20 years old and it looked like it! It looks SO much better, cleaner and refreshed. We were thinking we were going to have to replace this year and with two kids in college, this was not the time. Aaron, the technician, was on time, friendly and broke own all expenses prior to even starting the job, including the extra spot treatments we agreed upon after his arrival. He was very careful with my dogs to not let them get out of the house. Excellent experience and superb outcome!

The technician arrived promptly at the time we were given for our appointment. He was very professional and honest about my concerns with some pet stains on our carpet. He was willing to give 110% for us to get the best result, and he did and we did!! All stains old and new were removed and all odor gone! He was very courteous and made sure that I knew I could give a call to discuss if the stains were to reappear after the carpet completely dried. I will only use Zerorez from here on out. I intend on putting my shampoo machine in storage! Thanks Zerorez for my "new" carpet!!

I like that there are no chemicals since I have an infant that stays on the floor. I also like that the carpet seems to stay clean longer than with other treatments.
