I also added on additional services, (tile cleaning) and that was great to be able to have the technician do the tile while he was here. My technician, Dillion was wonderful! He did a great job and was very customer focused.

In preparing to move into a house, I had Zerorez come out to clean the carpets. They had been cleaned by another company maybe 3 weeks prior to my appointment but there was a dog smell in the house that didn't go away. Friends recommended your company. After cleaning the carpet, I got to see the dirty water leave the hose - I couldn't believe how dirty it was, especially since they had just been cleaned. The person who did the work also applied a product to hopefully eat away at the bacteria and odor causing problems in the carpet. He was a very good worker who did a great job. I would highly recommend your company.
