He gave extra information and although we took one of his suggestions, when we turned down another there was no pressure what so ever to purchase additional services! My service was handled with total professionalism from the initial request to setup an appointment. The technician was very professional. He came in, looked at my carpets and explained what he was going to do and answered all my questions. After completing the cleaning, he asked me to take a look around and see if I was completely satisfied with the cleaning, removed all his equipment and made sure everything was as it was before he arrived. The house smelled so fresh and the carpets, well, I kept telling the technician as he was cleaning that I was totally amazed at how clean the carpets were. Thanks for a JOB WELL DONE.
