Quick and easy, and there is no residue on the carpets. I did find that the pricing was misleading, and i think that is an issue. No one asked about what kind of carpet that I had, and when the tecnician got here, I mentioned that my carpets were wool. He said that there would be an additional charge for wool, and i was not told this over the phone when I made the appointment.

Removed old stains

I've been intent on ripping out my carpets and replacing with hardwoods for the last few years. Now that we have our dog house-trained it seemed to be time to at least get the carpet cleaned. This service made my carpets look brand new, and I couldn't be more pleased. Will be keeping these carpets a few more years thanks to Zerorez!

There were no surprises! I was given an accurate estimate over the phone. I was told how to prepare with a very informative email. The technician showed up when expected. I was told my carpet would look like new and it did!

He listened to all my questions and took his time to answer my questions. He worked quickly and quietly and did a thorough job.3) My carpets were dry and odor free when the job was complete. The only thing that remained was the wonderful smell of 'clean'. The serviceman was prompt; informed me of what he was going to do (Ronny); gave me options; cleaned the carpet and upholstery well; the carpet was not overwet (means he took his time and sucked out as much of the water as possible); the house is now clean and fresh. Thanks Ronny!

I was very impressed with the technician! He was friendly, thorough, considerate, and did a wonderful job! My carpet looks and smells wonderful! I thought some of the stains were hopeless but it all looks great! And it took far less time than I was expecting so I had tome to spare after he left to do other things when I thought that would consume my day. It was so much easier than all the times I did it myself and looks so much better than any of the times I cleaned it myself! I wanted to invite people over to show them!
