Client Testimonials

Courtesy from the tech and fast service. Very pleased with the results.

The technician was on time, and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to anyone! Thank you 104.7 The Fish for the recommendation!

I could not believe how clean my floors were after Kenny cleaned them. I have referred Zerorez to several neighbors.

Friendly, courteous employees. The guys who came out (Dustin and Aubrey) were so nice and fast. They completed our entire house in about an hour. They said if any of the spots came back to give them a call and they would return. We had two spots that came back (a lot lighter, though). I called and they thanked me for calling back and made an appointment for someone to come back out to retreat the spots. We are VERY impressed with Zerorez and will definitely recommend them to others and use this company again.

The customer service

I like that this is a green company and offers several different types of cleaning services

Great customer service, very satisfied with results

Ryan did a wonderful job explaining how the cleaning process worked and worked around my husband daughter and I since it was an early morning appt. I love how my carpet looks and plan to have you guys out again sometime again. I couldn't be happier!!! I felt totally safe letting my daughter walk on the carpet as it dried because I knew there were no harmful chemicls involved.

Tech was extremely professional

My carpets looked great.

Great results. Did not think some areas would ever come clean. No smell and only damp after completing service. Thank you. The advertising on star 94 and 680 the fan were right. I am so glad I called. Thank you again.

Safe!

I was very pleased with your company. My carpets looks brand new, and it even smells brand new. I was pleased with the price also.

They are both very impressive. No complaints.

We are really surprised at how our old carpet looks after zerorez came and cleaned it.
The men were very friendly and explained everything to us. We will certainly use them again.

Tony did a great job. Very efficient. Our carpets were pretty bad and he was skeptical but they look beautiful now! Thank you, zerorez!

On time and service completed in a timely manner. No crunchy after feel...
Representative was courteous; knowledgeable and takes pride in doing his job.

The way the carpets looked and very good service.

The carpet in my old house looked horrible after two dogs and three babies. I had used numerous other companies but they were a waste of time and money!! The carpet looked no better after they left than before they came, just wetter! I, like Taylor on 104.7fm, was ready to tear out the carpet it looked so bad. Zerorez made my carpet look like NEW (aside from the obvious frayed high-traffic areas). The stains were GONE!!! It was amazing!!! Zerorez also did an amazing job of removing the pink fruit punch tinted volmit stain in my new house that I had thought was hopeless. The technicians are SO friendly, helpful and truly appear invested in my results. And I don't feel like a number. GREAT people! GREAT product/service/results!!!!! I recommend you to EVERYONE!!

Professional - courteous and always pleased with the results

I like cleaning with no detergent residue - seems like we get a cleaner final product.

Easy to schedule, call ahead when on the way, friendly people who explain what they are doing.

Awesome customer service.

Technicians were well versed on carpets, duct work and fabrics. They were polite and efficient. The process is better than any other company that I have used. BIG THUMBS UP!!!

Great product, great service! Will be back, thank you!!

My carpets looked brand-new again!! The technicians did a fabulous job and were very professional!

Prompt, polite technician, efficient cleaning

Explanations of how it works; avoidance of some negative cleaning practices.
NO MESS, NO CLEAN UP. Your process cleaned better than any we ever used.

Kind, knowledgeable, professional service is difficult to come by. The system in which Zerorez functions is almost flawless. I cannot currently think of any changes for improvement. The price is a little high, however, between the often offered deals, and the awesome performance, I really do not mind paying a little extra.
The product is certainly worth it, and I will never use anyone else.
