I was impressed with the outcome. In the past when I have had my carpets cleaned, after a couple of days they looked no different then before being cleaned! It's been 4-days since the cleaning and they still look fresh and clean! I also was pleased with the Service Person - he was very informative and personable.

I like that the product is free of chemicals and does not cause a residue. The service tech, Matthew Craft was an awesome, positive person, who address my concerns regarding the carpet and truly was the highlite of my day. The company is fortunate to have an employee like Matthew as he is a very positive representive for the company.

I love that it is just water cleaning my carpet instead of soap/detergent. Gabriel was wonderful. He did an excellent job. The carpet looked far better than we thought it could after 10 years of wear and having never been professionally cleaned. So glad we chose Zerorez!

Anthony.was very professional.and thorough. We have used PDA in tje past. Anthony was able to get stains out that PDQ hasn't been able to clean for years Normally, I could still tell where the pathways were while tje carpet was drying(before furniture was replaced). Our carpet in living room is six years old. When Anthony was done, all of the carpet looked the same. I was very impressed. We has the protectent put on the living room carpet. I am anxious to see how well that works.

Phil Johnston was not bothered that I was asking so many questions. He took the time to expain everything to me and even reassurd me that I would be pleased. He worked completely and swiftly and he cleaned up after himself very neatly. I have indoor /outdoor pets who track in everything from dirt to chipmunks and birds. I was shocked to see how beautiful the carpet looked.the pricing was VERY affordable. The nicest thing was that a professional could do it for my family ! I will not think twice about call Zerorez again. It was a GREAT experience. Thank you Phil ! :)

Richard and Jose were running behind , but they called to let us know. they were patient and kind and they worked efficiently and Richard talked with my Dad about Meadow Baptist which made my Dad feel calmer about having strangers in the house.
