The products used to clean my carpet, did not leave the carpet hard & stiff. I like the fact that it was so quick to dry. Jacob was the best tech to send for a first time customer experience. He answered questions that I had about the company, and why they are so recommended by everyone.Jacob uniform was clean and pressed, and he also had a wonderful greeting smile. Your team was very professional and answered all my questions. The technician called 30 minutes prior to arriving and arrived on time. He was courteous and helpful and began cleaning right away. We have berber carpet in our basement and had some stubborn stains that he was able to remove and worked hard to clean the carpet overall. He asked whether we had any other carpet and wound up cleaning our bedroom and bathroom carpet too. We were extremely pleased with the outcome of the basement berber carpet. It looks almost new! The only complaint that we have is that there were some very saturated areas that were left wet and seemed almost squishy compared to other areas. The stairs were soaked and took about 2 days to dry. A few spots remain in our bathroom carpet, but I don't think he took the time to really clean those, as he was finished with the overall job. I would recommend Zerorez to friends and for the price, it was highly worth it! Thanks!

No chemicals and no residue left behind. I feel good about letting my dogs and others children getting on the carpet after you have cleaned it.
