Technician arrived promptly, explained what he was going to do, was professional and courteous, cleaned carpets well...and the product is safe for my pups to walk on.
The cleaning process was clean as advertised....(meaning no residue, no odor etc.). My carpet is old (14 years) but most of the stains either came out entirely or were significantly faded. There were a few places that not much could be done in particular at the baseboards due to past years' pest control treatments and use of gas heat. But, overall I think the job was quite well done.
