Got the carpet really clean and made the piling stand up better.
fast, efficient and hopefully better than other servers
The rug came back bright and colorful. It smelled clean and the dusty musty smell was gone. It looks like a new rug.
Do detergent / cleaner residue or build up in the carpet. Service was provided in a very professional, quick and detailed manner
The service was professional and very helpful. Technican made helpfull comments and sugestions. My carpet was very stained from pet stomach problems and the process considerably lightened the spots although they did not remove most of them.
The carpets were well cleaned; the technician was on time and courteous and left everything in good order.

The youg man who cleaned my carpets was very knowledgeable and very professional. I think his name is Cameron. He cleaned up after finishing the job and I am so pleased with the results. I would recommend ZeroRez to my friends and neighbors.

2nd technician that came to my house was very courteous and efficient.Carpets seem very clean.
Especially liked Anthony...so far everything looks beautiful.
Keeping our fingers crossed that the stains will not re-appear like they usually do when carpets get cleaned. Also, was very pleasantly surprised at the lack of odor and also how quickly the carpets dried.
I like the professionalism of your agent. And after the work was done, the result was appreciated by me and my wife who came home later. big thanks to Lee.
Have to be honest, when I came home from work my berber carpeting had undulating waves. Some waves as high as 2inches. Panic, of course. Spoke to a manager, who assured me the carpet would be fine when it dried. Went to bed feeling as though we had made a huge mistake and would need to replace damaged carpet. But true to his word, by morning the waves had disappeared and all was well. Carpets look great.
Zerorez was in and out of my one-story house in just over a hour. The technician was very friendly and professional. The carpets looked new again and very clean when he finished, but they took about 6 hours to dry. Some spots on the carpet that were extremely soiled cleaned beautifully; however, after the carpets dryed I could see some of the old spots slightly resurfacing again. It could be that it is just a 12 year-old carpet!! I will recommend Zerorez to my neighbors and friends and I will use them again next year!! Thank you for being on time
very courteous and professional, carpet is extremely clean
The technician was very helpful about the services I needed. With his recommendations, the carpet looked fantastic. He sent 'after' pictures since I was out of town.
