You arrive on time, your techs explain the process and the solution you use on the carpets, you don't try to rook the customer with extras (aka, you are fair!) and the carpet looks much better when you are done.

I love everything about Zerorez! I've never had a less than wonderful experience and I've used them for the last 2 years (4 visits I believe). I had my couch cleaned for the first time, it's only 8 months old but I have an 8 year old and a Dachshund, it needed a freshening. The dog hair is gone, the blue goo from a birthday party is gone, the red Georgia clay is gone. Most importantly the dog smell is gone from his perch. Needless to say I am one happy customer. Again! The service tech was great, too. Very informative, honest, friendly and he wasn't pushy which I appreciate. Yes, it's more expensive but in this case you really get what you pay for, great service and a great product. My carpet thanks you!
