Customer service is second to none. Carpet technician was very professional in both appearance and attitude. He worked hard from about 3PM till around 1AM. Even when it got late, he was still eager to continue and the quality of work also did not fade. All techicians are american citizens, which can be rare for the industry.

It did not take all of the stains off however it came out better than expected. Also the tech. rep. was terrific in how he explained everything and how he went about his job.

Everything went perfectly from the cost estimate to the appt timing notifications both in writing and a call 30 minutes before arrival. My technician, Kendall, was kind and professional. He did an outstanding job and was most helpful. Carpets look great, extra pet treatment in the one room also seemed to really help. I also got a bottle of cleaner which I am pleased to have for multipurpose cleaning.
