From the time I called to make my appointment I was kept in the loop of the process. I received calls and emails to make sure I was aware of what was to happen. On the day of the appointment the technician was running ahead of schedule, I received a call and was asked if he could come an hour early. Of course that was perfect. The technician arrived, put on cloth booties, viewed my areas, answered my questions and then went straight to work. He was finished in about 45 minutes.
He showed me his finished work and asked if I had any further questions. The rooms looked beautiful so of course I had no questions.
Zerorez came highly recommended to me and I certainly understand why!
I am new to GA, but if given the chance I will definitely recommend zerorez!

I like the fact that there were no harmful chemicals involved te carpet is clean i cn feel the difference under my feet. Kyle showed up on time, was professional honest and very courteous. He demonstrated that he understands customer service. I even offered him a tip and he refused because he was following strict company policy. That really impressed me because he could have easily taken that it. He loves his job and i can see why he did a wonderful job on my carpet.
