The biggest thing for us was that the cleaning/treatment worked. We had olive oil spilled on our den carpet on accident and Tony was able to get all the residual oil out and the carpet looked good as new. Tony was very friendly and got the work done efficiently and effectively.

It was very easy to make an appointment and everything took place in a time frame that was convenient for us and within our budget. The tech (Jacob) was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We had several stains that we didn't think would come up; we just hoped they would be a little less noticeable. You can't even tell most of them were ever there. We're really excited about our new, clean carpet. It's like coming home to a new house!
