We had a chair to get cleaned but b/c he could not find tag he explained why he could not clean, but could dry clean. Honest and above board. Thanks so much? We are very happy and have walked around the house saying it looks so nice.

The fact that carpet is not only clean, but still soft and plush. Other cleaners make the carpet hard--like soap is still left in it.
