I liked that your carpet cleaning was different than mine, because i was using a rented carpet cleaning machine with little results. I live in Atlanta GA, and I have heardr your commercials on our local radio stations and became intrigued with the way you clean carpets. But it wasn't until recently that my co-worker told me that she used zerorez and how pleased she was with your service, and I tried it. I really enjoyed the results of my carpet cleaning and all the information that the technician gave me regarding carpet stains and how to clean them, and the fact that carpet solutions brings the stain back. I really enjoyed my experience and have shared it my my neighbors and friends.

Your techs were on-time, friendly, and honest about what they could do. They couldn't get my paint stain out but they tried hard and made it look much better. They removed all other stains and didn't try to soak me on extra charges, etc. I recommend zerorez to anyone I know that needs carpets cleaned.

The professionalism of entire company. I did have a problem with the carpet cleaning this time. It took a entire 24 hours before the carpet dried. Very difficult time with an active 2 year old and a 4 month old.
