I was very impressed with the carpet cleaning service Zerorez provided. The technician was wonderful, wearing his shoe covers in the home at all times. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the services; he explained everything to us. Not only will I be using Zerorez again, I will be telling everyone about the great experience I had.

It made the carpet look clean and feel new to the feet. Although it didn't remove every stain from the carpet, it did what I expected, and I am satisfied with the service for the price paid.

The technician was extremely friendly and Flexible with adding on additional areas like the stairs. Our carperts look absolutely great and the stairs came out looking brand new again. We do have though one spot in the living arae that seems to be re-appearing or actually got spread out a little from it's original size. If Zerorez can come back soon to hit this one spot again we will be in hog heaven with the cleanest carpets we have ever had.
