Your tech, Mark, was great and went over and beyond to get my dirty carpet as clean as he could get them. He was very friendly and explained why some of the stains simply could not be removed. As some of the harder stains were from paint that my son had spilled years earlier, I was not expecting those particular stains to come up at all.
I was warned (by someone who had seen my post on facebook about how good a job Mark did) that I needed to wait a couple weeks to see if any of the stains would come back. I informed her that if they did, it wouldn't be because Mark didn't work hard to remove them.
Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience with Zerorez, and will not hesitate to call your company again when the need arises. I also tell everyone who asks (and some who don't!) what a wonderful experience I had with Zerorez! In fact, I have three friends and family members who told me they would be calling for an appointment!
