Very efficient. The young men who picked up the rug were well informed and didn't give me any false hopes of perfection. They were also very polite on both visits. The rug looked great, smelled fresh and clean and I was throughly pleased with the job Zerorez did on a rug that I love and didn't want to replace. It was worth the price and length of time away from the house most definitely.

Great customer service. I have had Zerorez out to my house three times now. First cleaning my downstairs carpets, then my upstairs carpets and the last time they delivered an area rug I had cleaned. All three visits went like clock work and my technician, David, was very polite and knowledgable. I liked the fact the house had a fresh smell after the carpets were cleaned and not a residue chemical smell.

The technician, Jacob, was very personable and very knowedgable. He explained everything and was easily able to answer all my questions. The carpet looks wonderful and there was no chemical or icky sweet smell, afterwards.

Friendly tech, thorough work.

My carpet looks really clean and dried quickly. The tech that came out was great, had a big smile, very knowledgable and attention to details e.i. protection on the wall corners, shoe covers. His name was Josus(or something like that). He did a wonderful job and didn't seem too rushed. Will definitely use you again and will request the same tech.

I like the zero residue concept. I just know that the carpet is clean and don't have to worry about detergent that is still sitting in the carpet. Very impressed with the stain remover you use. There were a few stains that I thought were not going to come out and they did. I wasn't here when Jonathan came, but my husband told me he was very professional and worked very hard. We are both very pleased and expect to have you back to clean again!
