Zerorez has always been very honest about what they can clean and what they might not be able to get out of the carpet. I also appreciate the fact that there are no harsh chemicals and you guys have always gotten our carpets whiter than anyone else.. and we did try. Zerorez had to come back and fix what the other company messed up.
