On time . Very professional
The technician was on time, I received a call letting me know when he would arrive, and he was very nice and did a great job on our carpets. We have used Zerorez twice now and couldn't be happier with the service and outcome.
Easy to see options and set up appointment online.
The technician who cleaned our carpets was on time, professional, and thorough. Prior to using Zerorez, I had been through three different carpet cleaning companies who were all at least an hour later than their arrival window. In addition, the service of those companies left much to be desired. I was impressed with the value of the Zerorez services compared to other companies, and the timely, professional service will ensure I use Zerorez services in the future. You really do live up to the hype.
The carpet is so soft - nothing sticky or crunchy!
Cameron was extremely professional and hard working. he took the initiative to begin cleaning even though he wasn't able to get in touch with me while I was at work and he did a superb job. to top it off, the carpets look better than they have in 10 years.overall, it was a pleasurable experience from beginning to end.
