I had a whole house carpet clean with protection done. The service was excellent. The technician (Jevoris Palmer) was very polite and professional, taking the time to answer my questions and to explain the actual process of how Zerorez works. He was very considerate of my belongings and paid careful attention as not to damage anything. Dry time was a little longer than expected but the overall results were excellent!
Cleaning was great and carpet dried a lot faster than the recommended 4 hour wait time.

The process was easy from start to finish. I registered online and it was hassle free. My technician was OUTSTANDING!!! He was friendly, thorough, and cleaned up behind himself.
