First let me say our carpets were HORRIBLE!!!!!!! With two kids and two dogs you can imagine what it looked like. There were so many stains it looked like we brought the carpet in from outside. There was mud stains, red koolaid, grape juice, tea, coffee. You name it it was there. I thought at best the carpet would end up decent after the cleaning. I was shocked at how new the carpets looked. Although the kool aid stain did not come out completely, it is a very light pink. It was well worth the money spent and reasonable. Josea was very curtious and knowledgeable. He offered his knowledge on many ways to care for our carpet, which spot cleaners can cause damage and how to prevent stains from spills. I would most definitely recommend the service and use Zerorez again in the future!!!

I liked the fact that harsh chemicals were'nt used to clean the carpets. The service person sent was very professional as well.
We can't wait to see how clean the rugs we sent off to have cleaned will come back.

They got most of the stains out of the carpet. My worst spot is retuning, not as bad as it had been. I decided to cover it with a pad. It is where my feet go on to floor under the couch in the den. No problem.

The men were wonderful. They even did my entry hall rug and laundry room rug. They were mannerly and really cared about my house. My rugs looked brand new. I shall continue to use this company. Look at their other items they can now on their website.
They even loved my dog, too.
