The guys were neat, pleasant, and professional. They explained the ZR cleaning process, and made sure we understood all about the drying process - timing, cushion rotation, etc.

They explained and offered additional services from ZR, and we will probably/eventually use ZR for some of them, although we do not need them at this time (carpet cleaning, duct cleaning, etc.).

This was the first time we have used ZR, but were very impressed. Great job!

I like that you don't use harsh chemicals, the carpet has a very soft feel to it compared to the last carpet cleaning people we had to clean our carpet; that's why I returned to you guys, you are a little pricey, but its worth it!

I like Zerorez because they don't you a lot of harsh chemicals. They are professional and do whatever it takes to make sure you are happy before they leave.

The treatment was very effective at removing the stains and marks in our carpets..they haven't looked this clean in years. No other carpet treatment has been able to accomplish this..even removed a patch of wood floor glue we have tried unsuccessfully to treat in the past. Carpets did not feel sticky or have a residue on them after. Everyone I delt with was very professional and tech who did the cleaining was very pleasant and professional.
