The cleaning and service was fine, however, there is a problem with the shrubbery and hosta plants located next to the stoop at the front door. The azaleas (midsection of a group of 6) are dead and hosta plants next to that area area are dead. This is where the pipe from the truck was coming into the house for the duct cleaning. How did this happen? It seems that was some liquid or whatever was dispensed right in that area. These azaleas have been in that spot as long as I have been in this house. This is quite a diapointment. May I hear from you about this matter?

Our technician, James, was friendly, efficient, and well educated on the product/service. He answered all of our questions and did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. They looked and felt very clean and dried quickly. We've since then been asked several times if our 10-year-old carpet was new! Now that's impressive! Very happy customer here! 😃
