regarding the first question, Mother's visiting nurse came Monday and asked which company had done our carpets and chairs. He recognized Zerorez from the commercials and the forward and backward spelling. Since he was planning to have the carpets in his upstairs and decided, based on Johnathan's results, to have y'all do the work for him. He had immediately noticed the carpets and was impressed with our experience and praise for Johnathan. He even asked about the sofa before we told him about also having some of the furniture cleaned.

Now---question 2... we have used Zerorez before and had good results and a positive overall experience both times. This time was the best. Same products, same company. The difference was the service tech, Jonathan Ulloa.

-Expressed himself wonderfully about the process, and the concerns-*his(the carpet stains from two trees falling on the sunporch leaving two holes in the roof) and *ours (allergies, sensitivity to cleaning odors, and drying time---Mother's lift chair is essential to her mobility and comfort, and the blind Maltese dog's pen is the sofa.)
