Where do I begin? My technician, Byron, was the perfect representative for your company. He was polite, professional, REALLY knowledgeable, and a pleasure to have in my home. He took great care in explaining things to me and he made sure he cleaned every inch of carpet. I have already told my friends at the dog park and tonight we are having about 50 people over for a party. They will all hear about your company. My neighbors came over last night and said how the carpet looks new. We are now Zerorez customers for life. That you don't use chemicals and get this result is really amazing.
