This was my second time using Zerorez to clean my carpet. I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with your Technician Mr. Aubrey Davidson. Aubrey was polite and very well mannered!! It was a pleasure having him in my home. He explained everything that he did and he even took the time to answer questions that I had about the other services that Zerorex has to offer. Aside from the carpet looking really good, the technician that came out to the house (Reggie) did a great job. He was very thorough in explaining how the process worked and answered all of my questions.

I absolutely LOVE Zerorez for my carpets! We have a lot of traffic in our house and even though we do not wear our shoes inside, dirt still finds a way in. But the technology that Zerorez uses gets the carpets looking clean, smelling clean and are sanitized to boot. The carpets dry within a couple hours so that is never an interruption. I also was very happy with Aubrey who was our technician. He did an excellent job! He was thorough, extremely polite and an engaging young man. You are very lucky to have an employee like Aubrey. Thank you, always, for your service.

I have used Zerorez several times and have been very impressed by the results. Most recently, Zerorez cleaned our basement carpet which had stains from red clay. I was not very optimistic given that the clay had been there for a while but it now looks like brand new carpet!! And I love that no harsh chemicals were used so I don't have to worry about my child playing on the carpet. Lastly, every technician I have meet has been very professional and knowledgeable about the product. Great product and company!
