Tim was exceptionally helpful and pleasant overall. He was able to remove all of the stains from my soiled carpet other than a light gray area on one step tread. He explained why the wear on the fibers would not permit it to look identical to the other areas. He didn't try to sell a bunch of other stuff I did not need. In my opinion, Zerorez is worth the extra cost given the superior results.

I do think the carpets stay cleaner longer. Also,your techs are very considerate of my issues with dust mites (I'm very allergic). The last service person made special effort to get under my bed and clean thoroughly. Also, he was a very nice young man!
