I was impressed with the technician. Showed up in a timely manner and was professional and friendly.

Since this is my first time trying zerorez, it's difficult. to comment on the product. The carpet looks clean and it dried more quickly than prior times when I used different companies. Regarding service, scheduling was easy, the technician was prompt, and he was extremely nice. He listened well to my concerns regarding certain carpet areas that required more attention and he worked hard to get those areas done as well as possible. He shared information about the process used by the company and about scotch guard and it's advantages. When he finished, he asked me to inspect his work and let him know if anything else needed attention. In short, he was professional and represented the company well. His name is Emmanuel and I highly recommend him.

Very through; and dries after only a few hours. HOWEVER I wish youall had a "crevasse" tool for small remote spots. And it would be much better if the technicians were authorized to help move furniture [for an additional charge].

Cameron (our technician) was a true professional! Very polite, informative and did a GREAT job on our carpets.The carpet truly felt clean to the touch and the house had a "clean" smell to it. I know that Zerorez prides itself in being a zero free residue company, so the "clean" we were smelling was the absence of the dirt, dander, dust, etc. that was removed during the cleaning process.
