Our product was sent to someone else. Got call about it. I wasn't informed that the guy was coming to deliver the filters that day. He just showed up. I would have liked to have known that he was coming. Got a call after guy came and gone. Guy as very nice and helpful

I was very pleased with my recent service from ZEROREZ. Having spent many hundreds of dollars on consumer grade sprays and "steamers" I was still left with a very dirty carpets. After the first visit from ZEROREZ, my carpets looked great! Anyone with a 6 month old puppy can testify that is not an easy task. From the time I called for information till the time the technician was completed, I was constantly impressed by the level of professionalism displayed by all. Thank you for bringing my carpets back to life!

YOUR EMPLOYEE WAS VERY NEAT AND WENT ABOUT HIS JOBE IN VERY PROFESSIONAL MANNER. wE HAD 3 ROOMS AND A HALLWAY DONE AND THOUGHT IT WOULD TAKE A COUPLE HOURS......BUT HE WAS DONE IN AN HOUR! CARPET LOOKS LIKE NEW AND FEELS GREAT! NO MORE STAINS....YIPPEE!
