No harsh chemicals used to clean the carpet and the carpet looks great! Zerorez also cleaned an area rug and I was so surprised at how much better it looked after it was cleaned! I really appreciated the professionalism of the crew member. He was very careful of my furniture, using furniture guards and moving some light weight items to allow cleaning beneath them. He was also very knowledgeable, answering questions and even providing information regarding the reason for the darken carpet areas near the baseboards. I will definitely use Zerorez in the future!
